We prepare your complete permit package including all of the necessary lot studies, engineering and architectural documentation, soil testing, and planning essentials needed to acquire your approved permit.
/ Production
60-120 Days
Your home is produced and inspected in our factories. The modules are prepped and packaged for transport.
/ Delivery & Install
15-30 Days
After final inspections we coordinate transportation and installation, including all the necessary insurance, road permits, labor and equipment needed at the site for a complete install.

Major portions of your home are produced and inspected in our factories. Custom elements are left for site constrcution. The modules are prepped and packaged for transport.
/ Delivery, Install & Finish

After final inspections we coordinate transportation and installation, including all the necessary insurance, road permits, site finish work and equipment needed for install and final finish work.
